Inspired by the rich food culture of Nagano, Japan, this seasonal bowl features a carefully crafted blend of five different miso varieties, with Shinshu miso as the base. Known for its balanced sweetness and depth, Shinshu miso forms the foundation of a bold yet refined flavor profile.

Combined with Marutama’s signature creamy chicken paitan broth, the result is a harmonious balance of richness and smoothness. The layered miso blend enhances the natural umami of the chicken, creating a deep and satisfying taste without being overwhelming.

Finished with stir-fried vegetables and savory toppings, this bowl delivers both texture and aroma in every bite.
